Your front desk staff member, (Ms. Kim), was hands down the BEST!!! We travel quite a bit and haven't come across anyone with her willingness, tack, and customer service skills in quite a while. We will definitely stay at this location on our next trip to Tuscaloosa due to her kindness. *My grandson went as far to say that Ms. Kim was the friendliest person he met in AL... He's only 12yrs old.

The lobby was well thought out, the gym facilities were excellent and the atmosphere when you first walked in was exceptional. The aroma that was throughout was so pleasing, honestly, I immediately knew it was a clean property.

I was grateful that Home2 Suites kept my reservation. I was not able to arrive on the date of travel I booked. My reservtion was canceled. I tried to get Booking.com to help they did and would not help me. Home2 Suites came through.

Clean, comfortable and walking distance to the amphitheater. I actually bought the pillows they have in the room off of Amazon the next day bc I loved them so much.
